This online public exhibition is in relation to the new proposals for the redevelopment of Princes House in Glasgow.
In light of the COVID-19 virus and the associated government guidance, Garroch Investments Limited has launched this website to host a live, online consultation event since the proposed public exhibition cannot feasibly take place as usually intended.
The event will take place on Thursday 26th August between 3pm and 6pm. This provides an opportunity for everyone to review the proposals and submit their further comments, until Thursday 16th September 2021.
A live chat facility is available to use between 3pm and 6pm on Thursday 26th August whereby members of the project team will endeavor to answer any questions you may have regarding the proposals.
We appreciate this is a new format of consultation and would like to thank you in advance for your cooperation. Your comments will help to inform and influence the design proposals ahead of formal submission to Glasgow City Council
Meet the Team
Garroch Investments is a Company set up specifically to purchase Princes House and progress the redevelopment proposals. The Shareholders behind the Company between them have well over 100 years of Commercial Development experience and are therefore well placed to take forward the current proposals.
The redeveloped Princes House will have a Gross Development Value of over £70 million and represents the most significant investment by Garroch Investment’s Shareholders in Scotland for over 20 years.
Garroch Investment’s is looking forward to delivering a Grade A office building that reflects the new demands of the post Covid/Pandemic working environment and positively contributing to Glasgow’s City Centre urban fabric.
